  Currently, ECOVENTIA has a large number of factories located at strategic points around the country, which allows us to provide our products without any problem to the whole Iberian Peninsula, neighboring countries and North Africa. However, once our presence consolidated in these markets, a new concept is developed by ECOVENTIA, which allows the company to export to other countries in the world its immeasurable and priceless know-how through the implementation of on-site facilities, near location of the construction site.

  ECOVENTIA is able to set up a manufacturing plant anywhere in the world in record time while at the same time maintaining the same level of productivity or efficiency, ensuring:

  • The flexible production capability: no minimum or maximum threshold, as required by the customer.
  • The same procedures and construction methods all over the world, maintaining the highest standards and quality certifications worldwide.
  • Local production of our towers, with all the advantages and possibilities that this entails, such as creating new jobs with local personnel and promote local economies.
  • The set up of the on-site facility is being executed in a record time – a concrete plant in 3 days, production lines in less than one week and cranes in less than two weeks.A specially designed lifting and handling equipment is being used.
  • Solutions adopted and developed by ECOVENTIA give a lot of advantages to our clients, who can be practically assured of making the costs of the variation in steel prices independent, a factor which is a great advantage at certain locations.
  • The minimization of transport costs, since ECOVENTIA is able to set an on-site facility even in the final location of the wind farm.

• Anywhere in the world

  The Commercial Department of ECOVENTIA runs to locate anywhere in the world an adequate manufacturing plant and implement, as close as possible to the wind farm, a facility where the precast prestressed concrete wind towers could be made.

  We can state that the minimum amount of precast concrete towers needed to implement this on-site facility has to be 20. Above this number, the investment made by ECOVENTIA is being amortized very quickly and we can offer very competitive prices compared to the traditional solution (steel towers) or concrete towers of other manufacturers.

  Mobile factories developed by ECOVENTIA are based on a modular design, allowing them to adapt to client requirements in terms of delivery of precast prestressed concrete towers. Each on-site facility is designed and based on rigorous criteria of minimizing space and maximizing productivity, which results from the wide experience gained by PACADAR – ECOVENTIA´s parent company, for more than 65 years, being at this time a leading company concerning global manufacturing of precast prestressed concrete elements.
